DECA Newsletter # 22 Victor Wins at DecaStar

Grenada's Lindon Victor, ex NCAA I champ from Texas A&M (and ex SBTC) won the 2022 edition of DecaStar in Talence, France and, along with it ther Worl Athletics Combined Events Tour (formerly the "Combined Events Challenge").
