DECA Newsletter # 33, Patrick 4th at World Youth with AR

DECA Newsletter #33 offers coverage of the inaugural IAAF World Youth decathlon held in Cali, Columbia where German Niklas Kaul mastered the field handidily and finished with a record 8002 score (using normal IAAF scoring tables but implements are lighter).
