DECA Newsletter #33 offers coverage of the inaugural IAAF World Youth decathlon held in Cali, Columbia where German Niklas Kaul mastered the field handidily and finished with a record 8002 score (using normal IAAF scoring tables but implements are lighter). DECA Newsletter #32 provide the USA citizen and American college student line-up for a dozen 2015 international summer decathlons. Everything from the IAAF worlds to the All African Games. 34 are scheduled to compete and an additional 23 Americans are entered in the World Masters champs in Lyon, France.
